High Performance proprietary engineered structure, includes a 10.5-inch thick wall system (vs. traditional 6”), which includes 12 inches of R38 Textrafine insulation on the interior of the roof structure and 6 inches of R19 Textrafine insulation inside the interior walls:

• Engineered Structures are specifically designed to MEET ALL International Building Codes (I.B.C.) , which includes the United States and all U.S.A. territories, such as Puerto Rico, Guam and or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
